The EFIT Studio team is a select group of highly qualified and experienced Fitness Professionals at our gym. All the trainers at EFIT Studio hold Four Year College Degrees in Exercise Science & Health Promotion, and multiple nationally accredited certifications. The EFIT Studio team has an acute knowledge of the anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology. This enables them to work with a range of clients varying in both age and physical shape. Our personal trainers customize individualized workout programs for private training and for select small group sessions.
