EFIT954 FUNctional fitness class is a total body workout program which is designed to improve your fitness level through High Intensity Interval Training or H.I.I.T.
All classes are structured on group personal training; the experience of 1 on 1 personal training in a more affordable group setting. The program of a EFIT954 class allows for consistent fat loss, muscle build, improve strength, endurance, posture, movement, range of motion, while also strengthening your core. The classes are always different which keeps the muscles guessing so you never plateau.
Every session incorporates every aspect of the body, so you don’t create muscle imbalances. No sprinting, Jumping, or yanking motions to give you the feeling of a workout, which will lead to the highest quality of training.
